Crepe Cake with White Chocolate Ganache and Raspberries

Moo

I love crepes. They are so simple and delightful, and I always feel so Parisian when I eat them. So thin and can be paired with almost anything.

This cake turned out to be kind of a wonderful disaster. I was doing fine with making the ganache and I had made all the crepes but I guess I didn't let the ganache cool enough. So it started to run all down the sides! So it is not as thick in between each layers as I would have liked it to have been but still tasted great nonetheless.

What do you think of the new recipe format? I'm drew the little utensils on the garland on the top. I'm excited about it!

On the 'how to make' part of your recipe, it says "add chocolate, let stir for 1 minute without stirring".. i think you mean 'sit' (:
anyway, love your recipe and i'll try it soon!

I had a similar crepe cake at a French bistro in San Francisco lately. Was truly one of the best desserts I'd had in a long time. Can't wait to try making this at home now, too.

I've never seen this. It looks wonderful despite the runaway ganache!
