No real recipe needed for this. Drain and dry Maraschino cherries, melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip cherries and cover in sprinkles.
I had a bunch of cherries left over from my birthday cupcakes and I knew that no one was going to eat a jar of cherries. So what better than to do but cover them in chocolate! Kind of Valentine's Day, kind of just girly treats.
