Coffee Chocolate Cupcakes with Baileys Frosting




Cupcakes for no good reason. No birthday, celebration, family dinner or anything like that. Just cupcakes because the recipe sounded to good to wait to make. Coffee in a cupcake, could I ask for more? My two greatest loves, besides a good cheese.

I would love to try these but I am having a hard time reading the fraction quantities. They are toooo small for my eyes. Could you please clarify them for me?
